Returns & Refunds
For all returns and refunds, please send an email to customerservice@wrightbower.com.
We aim to reply within 2 working days.
Please include your order number in the email.
Returns
If you decide against keeping your bag, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days we will not accept refund requests.
For a successful refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was sent.
Please remember to retain proof of postage until we have received the item again.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime until receiving confirmation of dispatch. After this confirmation, the order cannot be cancelled and you can return the item once it arrives. Please refer to the above section for our returns policy.
To cancel, there will be the option to 'manage my order' in your confirmation email. Follow the steps to successfully cancel your order.

We will issue a full refund upon receiving the item in its original condition. We reserve the right to deny a refund should the item be returned used or damaged. Please allow up to 5 working days for the money to arrive back in your bank account.
