How long will my purchase take to arrive?

We aim to have your products arrive 3-5 working days after purchase. Please see shipping for more information.

 

How long will my bag last?

With care, you can expect your Wrightbower bag to last several years. We are also working on a repair scheme - please contact us if you damage your Wrightbower bag.

How do I wash my bag?

Due to the material Econyl, our bags are NOT machine washable. Wrightbower bags are wipe clean only. This information is also available on the labels.

Can I cancel/ exchange/ return my order?

Yes, with exceptions. Please see returns and refunds for full information.

How long will it take for a refund to arrive in my bank?

Please allow up to 5 working days for a refund to appear in your bank account once we have received the unused product. See returns and refunds for full information.
